Since becoming a Realtor in 1988, Larry has specialized in the sale of existing and newly constructed homes. For over 21 years Larry has specialized in his hometown of Oakdale and neighboring communities of Woodbury, Lake Elmo and Maplewood. His success is due to his honesty, integrity, hard work, experience, and caring for others. Larry's hard work and preparation show in the following honors and accreditation's: Earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and Economics, University of Wisconsin 1985, Graduate of the Realtor's Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) - Sold and closed over 1000 homes in the greater Twin Cities area -Recipient of the Dozen Award, for the top 5% of all residential Realtors nationwide and recently was voted ~ Super Agent ~ by his pears, past clients, financial lenders and fellow realtors for Minneapolis/ St. Paul Magazine. Larry owned and operated his own Construction Company building and contracting several homes. What this means for his clients is "trust" in the fact that Larry knows the home construction business inside and out, something you want when buying or selling your home. This dedication to hard work was instilled in Larry from a very early age; from 1925 until 2000, his family operated a dairy farm in Oakdale. Family, hard work, and community involvement are priorities in his life. Larry doesn't just care for his family, but the community as a whole. Larry has volunteered for the Oakdale Summerfest, Tartan High School, Oak Meadows Senior Housing Board of Directors, and Oakdale Business and Professional Association Board of Directors. Larry has in-depth knowledge of Oakdale and the surrounding Eastern Suburbs. He was born, raised, and lives in Oakdale. He also graduated from Tartan High School in the top 5% of his class.
